Outside Sales Position:

Reliable Sites is a St. Paul based web solutions firm that is looking for a few part-time or full-time Outside Sales Representatives to take our business to the next level. Your job will be to sell web design, development, and graphic design services to small and medium sized businesses.

We are looking for a few skilled sales people who can assess the needs of a potential client and provide them with a solution that will best fit their needs. If hired, you will be employed as an Independent Contractor, and you will be paid a generous 15% commission on all closed sales. This position will lead to a guaranteed base plus commission position for exceptional representatives after 8 weeks, base salary will be based on experience and performance. You must be comfortable with working as an Independent Contractor and working on straight commissions. You must be able to work well with minimal supervision. You must have a basic understanding of web design lingo and know how to speak professionally with a potential client about web design. We will train the right individual on web design terms, but you must have a general idea of what a website is and how a company can benefit from a properly done website.

Job Description:
Sell web design and related services to potential clients in order to generate revenue for the company.
Assess the needs of potential clients and provide them with the solution that best fits their business needs.
Responsible for closing the sale and delivering all paperwork to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma
1 year Outside Sales experience preferred.
Must be money-motivated.
Must have a desire to succeed.
Must work well with minimal supervision.
Must be organized and ethical.

Compensation: 15% Commission leading to full-time/part-time base plus commission, medical and dental coverage is available once full time employee.
